Belting & Conveyor

Belting's In Our Roots

At CBT we are continuously evolving, throughout the years our business has transformed so that we can best meet the needs of the market. Whether that be embracing new technologies or adding additional products and services to our repertoire, we pride ourselves on adaptability and flexibility.. However, one thing that has remained constant for nearly 100 years is our involvement and expertise in the belting industry. At it’s beginning in 1921, CBT designed and fabricated leather belting. We’ve stayed true to our roots and added a few bells and whistles along the way including our full-service belting company and business operation at our Cincinnati Headquarters. Our experienced belting team can service, install, repair, and fabricate custom belts to meet your specific business needs.

Conveyor belt manufacturing has come a long way since 1921, especially with the introduction of smart manufacturing technology. For example, we now have the advantage of working with activated roller belt technology, which provides an automated conveyance platform that streamlines the delivery of packages throughout a production factory by communicating with software as well as other machines throughout the building. Our newest belt technologies align with our larger mission of providing smart manufacturing consultation and tools to a wide variety of industries that utilize smart manufacturing tools to maximize efficiency, from production to supply chain delivery.

What Our Customers Are Saying

"
We were quoted several weeks on a custom belt replacement for a local paper and packaging customer. The customer was facing a potential $100,000 loss in downtime, and the CBT Belting Team knew that was unacceptable. They engineered the belt and had it delivered to the facility that same business day[,] preventing complete plant shutdown and monumental production loss. Corrugation Company
